John asks the tool rental guy, "...I've got small 1" x 1" tiles. Is there a way to secure them so they don't shift while I cut?" Good grief! I have visions of fingers floating in the water pan of the tile cutter. "Maybe we should get someone else to do this job," I suggest...but, no...John is enthusiastic about this project and soon we are off to Oakland's Upper Dimond neighborhood to pick up the saw.
